Spring Point Sports follows two types of payments cycles:

  • (CIA) Cash in Advance Method
  • (LC) Letter of Credit Method
    Our company uses (LC) payment method only for larger payments ($7k+), otherwise, our buyers send us payments in advance to place orders. (Same rule for sample orders) if you want to order a sample, yes you’ll have to pay in advance.

    RETURNS AND REFUND:
  • No supplier including Spring Point Sports provides the return facility. The best practice ever is this to order a sample first. After satisfaction, place order of stock as per defined MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of each category by Spring point Sports.   • No supplier including Spring Point Sports will provide you the refund facility. The best practice is to order a sample first, and after satisfaction, order the quantity needed.
  • In case of size issues or other issues that arise, please carefully read “Order Issues”

    TAXES:

  • The importer will pay any kind of import tax. The exporter company will not be responsible for the taxes linked with the import process.
  • Spring point Sports does not accept any kind of resale certificates.

    PRICING:

  • The pricing of the products is niche specific every category has a different MOQ and different pricing structure. The common fact is this, as you order the larger quantity, the less you’ll have to pay per piece.
  • The minimum acceptable order’s worth will be at least $200.

For the orders amounting more than $7k+ we recommend to use Bank Transfer and to open LC (Letter of Credit).

  • Spring point Sports provide fast shipping service without charging very high shipping fee.
    We use:
    DHL/Fedex/USPS/UPS.
  • We also use buyer suggested shipping ways.
    SHIPPING FEE:
  • Shipping fee will be mentioned into the invoice of the order, it can’t be free.
  • Shipping Fee will be mentioned into the sample invoice also.

INCOTERMS

“Incoterms (International commercial terms) are the world’s essential terms of trade for the sale of goods. They are used to clearly define the obligation of cost, risk and responsibility of the transportation of goods between a buyer and seller”

POPULAR INCOTERMS:
The most common and useful incoterms are FOB/DAP/DDP. Spring Point Sports also recommends these 3 terms. Otherwise, if customer wants to go with incoterm like EXW/FCA/FAS then customer will be responsible for the extra cost.
